The weekend of May 11 we will be showing the Meet the Robinsons.
Lewis is a brilliant inventor, and an orphan, who's strongest desire is to find his family. One day he meets Wilbur Robinson, a boy from the future who takes him to his own time. There Lewis meets the Robinsons, as they battle Bowler Hat Guy who wants to change the future.

You read that right! We are happy - and proud - to tell you that we will be opening the New Pirates of the Caribbean Movie, At World's End on May 25, 2007 with every major multiplex in the country. If you love coming to your hometown theatre, and look forward to seeing the return of Captain Jack Sparrow, you won't have to wait. He's going to be in your town on opening day.
Even better, Buena Vista has given us permission to have a sneak peak show at midnight, Thursday night! So if you have trouble making it to our regular shows on the weekends, come see the midnight show. Doors will open 11:30PM Thursday, May 24.
We are preselling tickets at the theatre for this show. Tickets for the midnight show are $4.50 each. Tickets for all other showtimes are at their regular price of $4.00 for matinees and $4.50 for evening shows.

The weekend of May 4 we will be showing the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT).
They're baaaack! The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are hitting the big screen again. After defeating the Shredder, the turtles - Raphael, Donatello, Michelangelo, and Leonardo, have grown apart. When strange things start happening in New York, it's up to Leonardo and the boys' sensei, Master Splinter, to restore harmony and give the TMNT direction and ninja discipline again.

On Wednesday the Ambridge Area Chamber of Commerce held their 2007 Celebration of Effort Awards Banquet. The purpose of this banquet is

An outstanding group of individuals and organizations were recognized.
Many of our Senior High School students received the President's Volunteer Service Award for their volunteer efforts at the school and in the community. These young adults have volunteered up to almost 480 documented hours in the past year. We all know, where there is documented time, there is also undocumented time. They include

The weekend of April 27 we will be showing the The Last Mimzy.
The Last Mimzy is directed by Bob Shaye, the director of the Lord of the Rings films and several Nightmare on Elm Street films, and produced by Michael Phillips, who also produced Close Encounters of the Third Kind. It contains much of the flavor of Close Encounters.
Two children, a brother and a sister, find a box on the beach. In the box is a bunny. Soon, their find begins to change them, giving them psychic abilities. The government gets involved when they cause a blackout across Seattle. We get a glimpse of mystery, and our potential.
