Peter Parker has finally found balance in his life as he builds his relationship with Mary Jane, does his spidey work, and makes a living. But then...His suit turns black as his powers are amplified along with his dark side, and he meets three foes - the Sandman, Venom, and the New Goblin (his old friend Harry Osborn who is taking up where his father left off). Some people are calling this the best of the Spider-Man movies.
