Bolt is a super dog who is the star of one of Hollywood's most popular TV shows.The problem is, Bolt has been raised on the set of the show and thinks his powers are real. One day, Bolt is accidentally shipped from Hollywood to New York. With the help of an alley cat, Mittens, and an overweight hamster, Rhino, he has to make his way back home while coming to terms with th fact that he is an ordinary dog.

Since we last saw them in 2005, Alex, Marty, Melman, and Gloria have been trapped in Madagascar. But now, they think they've found a way to fly home. With the penguins manning the plane, the escapees from the New York City zoo set out for home, accompanied by King Julien, Maurice, and the chimps. Unfortunately, they don't make it. Instead they end up in Africa, where Alex finally meets his family. Come watch the city boy learn to communicate with the wild lions of Africa.
