November 13, 2008 4:00am - The weekend of November 14, 2008 - November 16, 2008 we will be showing the new fantasy from Walden MediaCity of Ember. Two hundred and forty one years ago the City of Ember was built underground to save the human race. Now, the lights are going dark as power and food begin to run low. Lina and Doon, two teenagers, discover that the builders of Ember left plans to leave the city after two hundred years, but a corrupt politician long ago put the plans into storage and they were forgotten. It's up to them to discover the way out before the lights go out forever.

November 6, 2008 3:20am - The weekend of November 7, 2008 - November 9, 2008 we will be showing Nights in Rodanthe, a romance starring Richard Gere and Diane Lane. Adrienne Willis is looking for tranquility, so she decides to tend her friend's inn on beach of Rodanthe, North Carolina for the weekend as a way to get the peace to think about her life, the husband who has left here and now asked to come home, and the daughter who resents her every decision. Dr. Paul Flanner is the only guest at the inn that weekend. He is there to face his own crisis of conscience as he examines his life, where he has been, and where he is going. He only wants someone to talk to. That weekend there is a major storm forecast to hit the coast. Along with the physical storm, and emotional storm hits Paul and Adrienne as a life-changing romance is set in motion.

While on vacation in Mexico, she finds herself lost on the mean streets of a foreign city. Alone for the first time in her life, she has to rely on the aid of some unexpected new friends, especially a street smart German Shepherd named Delgado and an amorous pub named Papi. With their help, she learns to survive and make her journey back home.

October 23, 2008 5:07am - The weekend of October 24, 2008 - October 26, 2008 we will now be presenting the spirited comedy, Ghost Town. Bertram Pincus is a dentist. Bertram Pincus doesn't like people. Imagine the joy in Bertram's life when he clinically dies during a routine colonoscopy, only to find when he is returned to the land of the living that he can see the spirits of dead people. Bertram Pincus finds that he doesn't like dead people, either. Epecially since they all seem to want something from him. Especially Frank Herlihy. Frank pesters Bertram into trying to stop the impending marriage of his widow to someone he describes as a bad, bad guy, with the promise that all the dead people will leave Bertram alone if he succeeds in his quest.

The weekend of October 17, 2008 - October 19, 2008 we will be again be presenting the animated feature Igor, starring John Kusack as the voice of Igor. Malaria is a mad world full of mad scientists, all of whom have their very own Igor. Each year Malaria has a Science Fair, in which the scientists compete to see who will have the greatest invention. This year, an Igor decides to compete. Let the fun begin! This is a wonderful family film with something for all ages. Come on down for an early start to Halloween.
