Marissa's world goes into a tailspin when she is called back to active duty in the OSS, which was also the home of the Spy Kids. The manical Timekeeper has a plan to take over the world, and Marissa is called in to stop it. The twins are thrust into action when they find out their stepmom isn't as boring as they thought.
