The Last Legion

The weekend of October 19 we proudly present The Last Legion, starring Ben Kingsley and Colin Firth.

The Last Legion is based on the novel by Valerio Manfredi.

Romulus Augustus is twelve years old. It is 476 A.D. and he is about to be crowned Emporer of Roman when the barbarians arrive. Captured, his family killed, he is imprisoned on the isle of Capri with his teacher, Ambrosinus. Freed on the hope of sanctuary in the Byzantine Empire, he and his followers are deceived and must flee to Brittania, where they hope to find the last legion loyal to the Roman Emporer. There they become the basis of the Arthur legend.
